Hello, there may be relevant handling fees and funding fees charged. You can contact our online customer service (click on the avatar in the top left corner of the app - click on the customer service icon on the right - click on contact customer service - enter the manual customer service in the dialogue box) to provide relevant screenshots of the Position issue for further verification and processing.
