According to a report by the Russian news agency TASS on July 19, a source close to the Russian negotiation team confirmed that Ukraine has invited Russia to hold a new round of negotiations next week; however, the date for the talks has yet to be confirmed and will be announced after consultations. Earlier that day, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated that Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, had proposed to the Russian side to hold negotiations again next week.
