Dear, you can go to the app's homepage - click the icon in the upper left corner - in the pop-up page, click the upper right corner 🎧 - contact customer service - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "manual" in the input bar at the bottom - select "transfer to a human" in the reply message and choose the relevant question.
