Hello, we suggest that you provide relevant screenshots and contact online customer service for verification. To contact online customer service: app - home page - upper left corner icon - pop-up page click the upper right corner 🎧 - contact customer service - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "manual" in the input field at the bottom - reply and select "transfer to manual" and choose the relevant issue.
