【Core Data Release Contract Hedging Strategy】

1. What is core data: Generally, various CPIs, non-farm payrolls, etc. are all core data. You must download the Jinshi Data APP or similar products.

2. What is Hedging: It means that before releasing data, with the same position and the same price, you open a long order and a short order. In this way, regardless of how the price changes, you will not incur a loss and will never face liquidation. The exchange itself needs to open both long and short positions.

3. Operation Time: Hedge 15 to 20 minutes before data release.

4. Specific operation methods:
① Collect data in advance: Understand whether the data that night is bullish or bearish compared to previous periods. It is essential to clarify this and remember it well.

② 15 to 20 minutes ago, execute hedging. The leverage is 50, and the combined position ratio of the two orders occupies about 10% to 15%. Taking 10% as an example, your long and short orders are each 5%. When you adjust the position ratio, pay close attention; it's not necessarily always 5%. You need to ensure that after pulling up 5%, the actual U should be basically the same, which is the key point. For example, if you have a total position of 100U, then your actual long position should be 5U and short position should also be 5U. At the same time, your entry points must be the same. Therefore, you cannot directly enter long at market price and then enter short, because the entry price for the short position has already fluctuated differently. Here’s a small operational tip: for example, if you are preparing to operate and the current price is 80000, you can place both long and short orders of 5U, and then choose a limit order price, say 800080, which is very close to the current market price. The operation needs to be quick; place both orders like this, and there's a high probability that both will be filled within a few minutes. Remember, if one order is filled and the other is not, you must forcefully exit and re-enter the orders. Both orders must be filled. After being filled, you will notice a slight difference in the overall price, which does not affect the operation; it is not possible for them to be exactly the same. Then check your liquidation price; theoretically, there should be no liquidation price or it should be very exaggerated. Also, when placing both long and short orders, there is no need to set take profit or stop loss.

③ The Jinshi Data APP is ready, when there is 1 minute left, just keep an eye on it. Once the data is out, for example, if it's lower than the previous period, it's bullish, then you need to be quick and immediately close your short position. At this point, a big bullish candle has usually already been formed. Therefore, when you close your short position, you must be at a floating loss; that's okay, just keep an eye on how much the floating loss is, for example, a 40% floating loss. Then, as long as your long position closes with a 40% floating profit, you can make a profit. 100% win rate. However, you can also manage your position to seek greater profits, for example, when your long position has an 80% floating profit, close half of your position. At this point, you have actually covered the loss from the short position, and for the remaining position, set a breakeven stop loss at the entry point. Then for the remaining position, you can either find the opportunity to exit all at once or exit in batches, both are fine.
I am just giving an example; in reality, you need to see whether it is bullish or bearish. Also, your hand speed may not necessarily lead to a floating loss of 40%. I'm just using that as an example. But if your hand speed is too slow, for instance, if you find that you already have a floating loss of over 70%, then I suggest that for safety's sake, you should close everything together, so you neither gain nor lose, because at this point, your floating profit space is not very large.
However, once the data is released, if you find that there are no large bullish or bearish candlesticks, and the market is relatively calm, then it's also time to exit both sides, neither making a profit nor incurring a loss.

Friendly reminder:
First understand the operation. If you are not confident in your first operation, start with a smaller amount.
