Why do Americans pay a premium to buy #BMNR stock instead of directly buying #ETH ?
@CryptoHayes gave an interesting answer: passive index stocks. How to understand?
For example, if you spend 10,000 yuan, you can buy 4 bottles of Moutai or 4 shares of Moutai stock. However, if Moutai goes bankrupt, your 4 shares of stock can only claim the net assets of 2 bottles of Moutai. It seems like a loss, but investors still prefer to buy Moutai stock.
Because Moutai stocks have more liquidity, for example, they are included in the powerful CSI 300 Index (the top 300 stocks in the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets), as long as you buy a fund that tracks the 300 Index, the fund manager will need to passively buy Moutai stocks.
Similarly, as long as #BMNR is on this index list, there will be a constant influx of investors putting money in. Moreover, when fund managers allocate E tokens, they really don't care about the price. The crypto community loves such wealthy individuals too much 🤭🤭
