I have repeatedly warned myself that shorting should be done step by step, starting with a small position, so why can't I hold on? I've almost filled my position so early. So much so that after the high price, I dare not short it, fearing that the margin will not be sufficient; a liquidation is absolutely a tragedy and must be avoided at all costs.

I was thinking of taking it slow, but I couldn't help but fill the position early.
