#CRO Trump Media & Technology Group (owner of Truth Social)has announced the formation of Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, a crypto treasury entity through collaboration with Crypto.com and Yorkville Acquisition Corp. Its funding structure includes:
$1 billion in CRO tokens (~19% of total market cap),
$200 million in cash,
$220 million in the form of warrants,
$5 billion credit from Yorkville.
