Previously, Zhao Dong was arrested in June 2020 for involvement in fraud and illegal business operations. According to court records, Zhao Dong's team provided off-exchange virtual currency exchange services for the "Tian Tian Xiang Shang" platform, with the amount involved reaching 3.1 billion yuan. After pleading guilty, Zhao Dong was sentenced to 2 years in prison and fined, while also being placed on probation, and the case involved illegal settlement and providing funding flow for the gambling black and gray industry. Zhao Dong's appearance may mark the end of his sentence.
