If you can be alone, meaning without any entertainment, not looking at your phone, not listening to music, not reading, not exercising, just simply sitting there, allowing your mind to settle in the present moment, observing the various thoughts that come and go in your mind, and bringing those thoughts back to the present moment, if you can quietly perceive the now, you will not feel anxious because of ASTER.
