For example, if a wallet has 10 million USDT, the judicial authorities cannot directly sell these USDT for RMB, as this would violate the 924 announcement. However, the judicial authorities can treat this wallet as an item involved in the case and auction it. At the auction, ordinary bidders will offer a reasonable market price to buy these 10 million U. Then the bidder can take the wallet to exchange it for RMB.
