📉 In September, U.S. employers announced plans to add just 117,313 jobs the weakest September for hiring since 2011, and a -71% drop from the 403,893 announced last year.

🧊 Year-to-date (Jan–Sept):
•Only 204,939 planned job additions the lowest since 2009
•Down -58% from the 483,590 announced in the first 9 months of 2024

📊 The 2025 monthly average is now just 22,771 down -65% YoY, and -91% lower than 2020.

Hiring is frozen.
