I was also taken for a ride. I saw that fartcoin was pumping, so I bought 5L. As soon as I entered, it started to big dump by 99%. Fortunately, I bought a portion; otherwise, it would have gone to 0 as well. I contacted customer service, and they said it's normal loss. There are really pitfalls everywhere, and the chances of making money are too slim.
