Hello, Alpha points are the cumulative total of daily points over the past 15 days. Therefore, when the time of obtaining certain points exceeds 15 days, they will be deducted due to expiry, resulting in a decrease in points. You can contact our online customer service (app - home - top left corner avatar - pop-up page click on the top right corner 🎧 - contact customer service - "Can't find the answer? Click here" - enter "manual" in the input box at the bottom - choose "transfer to manual" and select the relevant issue) and provide relevant screenshots of your questions to help you further verify and process.
