Dear user, if your Android phone cannot update the App, you can follow the steps below: 1. Go to Settings - Security - More Security Settings, and enable the installation of applications from external sources; 2. Disable the enhanced protection feature of Pure Mode: Click Settings - System and Updates - Pure Mode - Enhanced Protection, and select to turn it off; If you have performed the above two steps and still cannot install, please turn on Airplane Mode, disable all networks (data and Wi-Fi), then repeat steps 1 and 2 to re-download and install.
