If it's 0.04, those who subscribed will lose more than half, but since many people have already refunded their tokens, most of the tokens are now in the hands of the project team and market makers. They can draw the K-line however they want.

I haven't bought it so I'm not sure, but probably not. 0.04 seems about right.
