The most difficult thing to judge in the distribution phase E is: is the volume drop SC or another SOW?
Just pay attention to three details
1️⃣ Decline vs Structural Position If the decline consumes more than 50% of the entire range and breaks through all LPSY, the strength is excessive → it is more likely to be SC.
If it just breaks through the previous low point a little and closes in the middle of the range → it's more like SOW.
SOW = Volume drops but there is no "strong counterattack", the rebound is weak, volume shrinks, and it cannot return to LPSY.
3️⃣ Rebound Quality The rebound after SC is a "turning level" that can break through multiple supply zones in one go.
The rebound after SOW is a "dead cat bounce", and the first and second supply levels are suppressed.
It's not about whether the drop is "big," but whether the rebound is "ridiculously strong" and if the trading volume during the rebound can match the strength of the drop on the left side. Do not consider SC when there is a volume drop without a strong rebound.

The issue you need to focus on now is this:

2️⃣ Volume Nature
SC = Extreme Volume + Long Lower Shadow + Quick Accumulation Counterattack.
SOW = Volume drops but there is no "strong counterattack", the rebound is weak, volume shrinks, and it cannot return to LPSY.
3️⃣ Rebound Quality
