According to the documents submitted to the SEC, the proposed fund's structured transactions and asset acquisitions were never completed. The documents state: "The registration statement is intended to register shares related to a transaction that ultimately failed to be completed. No shares have been sold under the above registration statement, nor will any shares be sold."
