Don't remind me again today

To be honest, after mixing in the crypto world for eight years, what kind of scenes haven't I seen? Some people have seized a bull run and achieved financial freedom, while some frens have lost their entire fortunes. And me? From being that rookie who copied everyone’s homework back in the day, I’ve stumbled my way to now, and I can finally understand a bit of the tricks.

In the beginning, that period was simply a textbook example of a negative case. Whenever someone in the group posted a profit screenshot, I couldn't wait to follow the trade; even if it was an unknown "insider news," I would dare to dive in with all my funds, thinking to myself, "This time, I will definitely turn things around." Looking back now, that wasn't investing at all; it was clearly just giving money to others.

I was particularly superstitious about technical analysis, thinking I had mastered the market's secrets with all the talk about MACD golden crosses and death crosses, Bollinger Bands upper and lower limits. But in actual operation? I still chased highs and cut losses, with my capital shrinking like a snowball rolling downhill. I remember one time vividly, staring at that string of numbers in my account at midnight, completely numb, smoking one cigarette after another without relief. At that moment, I finally understood: the problem was not the market, but my own greed.

Later, I forced myself to slow down, started to seriously review each trade, and analyzed the reasons for all the losses in detail. It was then that I realized that to survive in the crypto market with small capital, it relies not on luck or so-called skills, but on the understanding and control of human weaknesses.

Really, reading about your experience reminds me of my own dark period, especially the part about Full Position and chase the price... Thinking back on it still gives me chills.

I really relate to the part about staring at the K-line and smoking late at night; I still can't kick this habit.

honestly the recipe was half-baked from the start... turns out you can't just yolo on every screenshot and expect the soufflé to rise, ya know? the market's got a way of humbling you real quick when you're just throwing ingredients at the wall

Indeed, greed is a silent killer. Back then, I was also more diligent in watching the market than taking care of my own mother, and in the end, it was all just self-deception, haha.

Oh my, that's me, the fool who followed others' trades indiscriminately eight years ago, still losing money now.
