In the last 4 hours, the market has experienced significant fluctuations, with the total liquidation amount across the network reaching $435 million. Long positions have almost been completely wiped out, with a liquidation amount of up to $424 million, while short positions fared relatively better, suffering a loss of around $11.42 million.
Looking at the situation over a 24-hour period, it is even more severe—nearly 180,000 people were liquidated, with total losses of $535 million. The most tragic incident occurred in the ETH trading pair of a major exchange, where a single liquidation wiped out $14.48 million.
This wave of market movement came suddenly and violently, catching leveraged players off guard.

4.35 billion gone, this is the price of dreaming with leverage.
That 14.48 million guy in ETH, how painful it must be.
180,000 people out of the game, I bet five bucks that half of them were still advocating in the group two days ago.
All long positions wiped out, and the short positions aren’t too happy either, there are no winners in the roll king game.
It’s the same rhythm again, rapid pump followed by a violent crash, before you can react, the account is gone.
Some people just love to gamble against the market, and in the end, they gamble themselves away.
This is why I only dare to play Spot, leverage is really playing with fire.

It's another one of those overnight riches turning into overnight losses, truly unbelievable.
The leveraged traders are likely going to eat dirt this time, 400 million just vanished.
180,000 people? How many must be losing sleep over the candlestick charts?
14.48 million evaporated in a single transaction, what kind of heart does one need for that?
All the bulls are wiped out, and the bears aren't doing any better; this market really is merciless.
Watching the liquidation numbers jump, I silently chant, "At least I didn't use leverage."
Those who dare to go all-in on leverage in this kind of market are truly warriors, or perhaps just brave fools.
535 million just disappeared like that; luckily, I didn't play that big.
Sharp falls and sharp rises, you can never catch the bottom, better stick to the old spot trading.
Back to square one overnight; this is the thrill of derivatives trading.

4 hours, 435 million, how many people have gone bankrupt?
---
Short positions make money, long positions die, an eternal rule.
---
Another bloodbath, the old suckers have gone numb.
---
Watching others get liquidated while I sip tea.
---
14.48 million evaporated in a single transaction, who is that unfortunate?
---
In this kind of market, stop loss can't save you.
---
Leverage players need to reflect, really.
---
$535 million, how many people have reached the shore?
---
This ETH transaction was too brutal, a complete cut.

Leverage traders are probably going to rug pull today haha
---
All the long positions are dead, and the short positions aren't doing any better, no one is getting comfortable this time
---
It's another flash crash scenario, every time it catches us off guard

---

Leverage is just a happy drug for gamblers.
