A tough guy from 【区块律动】 has finally turned his life around.
In the past two hours, a major short seller on Hyperliquid started to frantically close positions to take profits, cashing in on ZEC and APT short positions, totaling nearly $200,000. More importantly, his ZEC short position, which he held since October, has finally crawled out of a dire situation of a $21 million loss. Not only has he returned to break even, but he is now also up by $2.11 million.
Reviewing this operation: On October 10, this guy shorted ZEC at 184 dollars and then kept increasing his position stubbornly. During the first 17 days, at the worst moment, he had a paper loss of 21 million, and his position size once surged to 30 million dollars. But he didn't cut his position and continued to add to his short. Now the average price of ZEC is 419 dollars, and his short position has decreased to 23.21 million dollars, with an unrealized profit of 45%.
Currently, this address still holds short positions in ETH, MON, and HYPE, with an overall floating profit close to 15 million dollars. He is now the largest short seller of ZEC and MON on Hyperliquid—this operation, from huge losses to huge gains, can be considered a textbook-level reversal.

Wow, this mental fortitude is incredible, able to withstand a loss of 21 million, if it were me, I would have been Get Liquidated and fed to the fish long ago.

Withstanding a loss of 21 million for more than two months without cutting the position, this mental quality is truly amazing. If it were me, I would have been liquidated long ago.

This mental quality is really incredible, not cutting positions even with 21 million dollars, a level of execution that is crazy.
After enduring an unrealized loss of 21 million dollars, this Large Investor in ZEC with short positions has finally turned things around.
