You can buy it, but RMB is not supported; you can operate directly with a Visa card. This is just a function of an exchange within the ecosystem, nothing to make a fuss about. There are many ecosystems inside that are actually usable, but most people don't use them now. I have tried two ecosystem applications, both of which involve actual payments with real pi.
