Don't remind me again today

Analysis of the liquidation data for the two key BTC price levels: 85,000 and 87,000.

[Block Rhythm] On December 1st, there is a data point worth noting: if Bitcoin falls below 85,000 USD, the long order liquidation intensity at mainstream exchanges could surge to 315 million.

Looking up, if it breaks 87,000, the liquidation intensity of short orders is about 142 million.

It should be noted that the liquidation chart does not tell you exactly how many contracts are about to be liquidated, nor is it an accurate representation of the amount being liquidated. The bars on the chart actually display the relative importance between different liquidation clusters - in simple terms, it's a comparison of intensity.

So the truly useful information is: when the price reaches a certain level, how much the market will be affected. The higher the column, the more intense the liquidity surge will be after the price touches it, and the market response will also be more severe.

⚠️ CRITICAL: those liquidation cluster readings are giving off major red flags. 8.5k support breakdown = cascading liquidation cascade, trust me i've audited the on-chain data. not financial advice but... DYOR on your position sizing, seriously.

85,000 this level is really a bit fierce, if the long order breaks directly, there will be a liquidation volume of 315 million getting dumped, need to be careful. Wait, this liquidation data is actually a relative strength comparison? Then I misunderstood before. If it breaks above 87,000, the short order is only 142 million, it feels like the downward pressure is greater than the upward pressure. These two positions of Bitcoin look critical, but the actual direction will still depend on the upcoming volume. If it breaks 85,000, this wave of falling may be accelerated, once liquidity is released, the market reaction will indeed be very intense.

The 85,000 mark really needs to be monitored, the 315 million long order liquidation amount is not that simple. What we're truly afraid of is this kind of Liquidity Trap; a tall column is no joke.
