The TRON community proposes a transaction batching feature, which may benefit exchanges and payment platforms.

Abstract generation in progress

The TRON community has recently been discussing an interesting technical solution - the native transaction batch processing feature. Simply put, it involves bundling a bunch of transactions and sending them to the Mainnet for processing all at once.

This proposal was submitted by Boosty Labs to the CTDG Dev Hub, and what problem does it mainly aim to solve? It's for those users with exceptionally high trading volumes, such as exchanges and payment platforms, who have to handle massive transactions every day, facing considerable cost pressure. If they could submit in batches, they could save a lot on fees. Additionally, there would be a significant improvement in scalability for the entire network.

According to the plan, this feature will first run on the testnet for a while, and if there are no issues, it will gradually be migrated to the Mainnet. However, it is still in the review stage, and whether it can pass depends on the results of the community vote.

Batch processing should have been implemented long ago; exchanges could save a lot of gas fees.

Batch processing should have been done earlier, the guys at the exchange are indeed under a lot of pressure. But we still have to wait for the community vote, it's the same old process... The Testnet needs to run stably before we can trust it, we can't have any more mishaps. If this really works out, the transaction fees for TRON could save a significant amount!

Batch processing should have been done long ago; the exchanges can barely afford the gas fees.

If batch processing can really be implemented, how much gas can be saved from transaction proceeds? Exchanges must be laughing to death; the fees could be cut by more than half. Community voting is key; this proposal from Boosty seems insightful. Wait, can fees really be reduced in bulk? It feels a bit uncertain. The TRON ecosystem expansion is solid this time; looking forward to the Mainnet launch.

Batch trading really can save costs, it just depends on how the community votes. If this really goes into effect, those large investors on the exchange will definitely be the first to use it. What I'm concerned about is whether this can also help small investors drop gas fees? Sounds good, but the Testnet needs to be run thoroughly first. TRON is taking one step at a time, feeling like it's slowly catching up.

Batch processing should have been available long ago, and TRX finally thought of optimizing it this time.
