One night, I set an alarm at 3 AM to “buy the dip like a disciplined trader.”
Alarm rings, I jump out of bed like a soldier on a secret mission.
Half asleep, eyes barely open, I open my exchange with pure confidence.

Chart looked perfect.
Big red candle.
Perfect dip.
I didn’t think for even 2 seconds.
Market Buy → Confirm.

Instant adrenaline.
Instant pride.
Instant regret.

Turns out…

I DIDN’T BUY BTC.
I DIDN’T BUY ETH.
I didn’t even buy a top 200 coin.

I had accidentally bought a random meme coin that had pumped 40% in ONE candle before I woke up 💀
My “dip” was literally the absolute top of the scammiest pump imaginable.

Five minutes later:
Red
More red
So much red
Red that could win an award for redness

My portfolio went from “future millionaire” to “bro need water?” in minutes.

I sat there staring at the screen like a broken NPC, questioning all my life choices.
Even my exchange app was like: “You good, bro?” 😭

But the funniest part?
I didn’t even realize what happened until the next morning when I saw the chart and said:

“Who bought this??”
…then remembered
Me. It was me. I bought that garbage.

Crypto really humbled me that day and taught me a powerful lesson:
