After research and analysis, it is still too early to say there are rebound signals. Following the movements of these wallets addresses is much more reliable than waiting for market makers; historical data shows that the rhetoric of market maker funds is often just a guise for the last catch a falling knife.

ngl, seen this movie before during the 2017 cycle... difficulty adjustments always sort themselves out. waiting for whale signals tho is like waiting for block confirmation that never comes lol
