Don't remind me again today

#数字货币市场回调 Why does the contract explode? It's not because the market is too wild, it's because of the mines you buried yourself.

I have seen countless accounts panic at the slightest market fluctuation, recklessly adjusting positions and leveraging, thinking they can ride it out based on intuition. What’s the result? Liquidation is never a matter of luck; it’s about not understanding the logic.

**Position is the key to survival, leverage is just a tool**

Many people think that high leverage is dangerous. Wrong.

Using 100x leverage but only 1% of the position, the risk is completely controllable; on the contrary, using 10x leverage but betting 50% of the position is equivalent to self-destructing.

Remember this formula: Actual Risk = Leverage Ratio × Position Ratio.

**Stop loss does not mean giving up, it means leaving room for future opportunities**

On March 12, nearly 80% of the accounts that exploded did not set stop-losses.

The standard line for professional traders: a maximum loss of 2% of the principal per trade.

A stop-loss is like a circuit breaker; it's better to burn a section than to scrap the entire line.

**Increasing positions is not gambling, it's rolling profits into a snowball**

The real logic of increasing positions: start with a small position to test the waters → make a profit → use the earned money to continue increasing.

Risk control algorithm: Maximum position ≤ $ETH principal × 2%( ÷ ) stop loss margin × leverage multiple(

For example: 50,000 principal, stop loss set at 2%, open 10x leverage → maximum single transaction of 5,000.

Gradual exit strategy: close one-third when it rises by 20%; close another third when it rises by 50%; set a trailing stop for the remaining portion, and exit if it falls below the 5-day moving average.

Steady as a rock, decisive at critical moments.

**The Three Pitfalls Most Loved by Beginners**

Holding a position for more than 4 hours? The liquidation probability soars to 92%;
Frequent trading of 500 orders in a month? The transaction fees can eat up a quarter of the profits;
Don't know how to take profits? 83% of people will give all their profits back.

**Trading is a math problem, not a guessing game**

Profit Expectation = ) Win Rate × Average Gain ( - ) Loss Rate × Average Loss (

If you set a stop loss at 2% and a take profit at 20%, even with a win rate of only 34%, you can still make a profit in the long run.

Professional players do not rely on guessing directions; they achieve sustainable profits through mathematics.

**The true iron rule for making money ) is followed by very few people (**

Limit single transaction loss to within 2%;
Make no more than 20 high-quality trades in a year;
The profit-loss ratio should be at least 3:1;
70% of the time is spent waiting for opportunities in cash.

The market is a probability game; what you need to do is manage the risks. If you control your losses well, profits will naturally emerge.

It's all ruined by ourselves, don't blame the market.

Once again, people are being taught risk control, but to be honest, I've seen that 9 out of 10 people forget it after watching, and the next time the market rises by 5%, they start going all in.

A 2% stop loss sounds simple but is incredibly difficult to execute. I've seen too many people talk about risk control while going all in with 50% of their position.

Those who go all in should explode, there’s nothing wrong with this statement. After watching the market for so many years, those who truly survive are the ones who quietly make money. What about you?

All in 50% really hit me hard, it was exactly like this last year, feeling exhausted.

You said it well, but I'm afraid that too few people will take this to heart. I see that those in my circle who advocate every day have indeed all lost everything by going all in.

You're right, it's the mindset that collapses that truly signifies a crash. I wonder how those who went all in with 50% leverage are doing now.
