Don't remind me again today

Recently came across a case, quite interesting.

In the early years, there was an internet team with little startup capital and no big company background. Instead of competing for financing amounts or user numbers, they focused intensely on one question: how to make ordinary people genuinely willing to participate? As a result, a few months later, this group became the fastest-growing dark horse in the region.

You see, the rules of the game are never fixed.

Looking at the Web3 field now, some projects follow this approach - not riding the trend to tell stories, but directly working on changing the underlying logic. Just like alloca, it is not chasing hot topics at all, but is redefining how to play.

To be honest, this is the right path. Too many projects just shout slogans, while those that truly go down to earth to solve problems are extremely rare.

This is the right way. Too many projects are just telling stories to fool people, and there are not many that are truly focused on building products.

Indeed, rather than telling financing stories every day, it's better to think about how to make ordinary people genuinely buy in. Projects like alloca have grasped the core point; the underlying logic is key. However, that being said, how many projects are really doing this dirty work now... Those who understand know that changing the rules is a hundred times harder than telling stories, but it's definitely worth it. Hey, it feels like this is the path Web3 should take, rather than just blowing hot air. That's why some smaller projects have thrived, while those with large financings have actually perished. It's ironic to think about...

This is the right way, instead of boasting about financing numbers every day, user experience is the key. Projects like alloca, which solidly improve logic, are indeed top-notch.
