#数字货币市场回调 Last month, a fren found me, and the account only had 2000U left.
He felt completely numb, and his voice was filled with exhaustion. Credit card bills, online loan collections, family members arguing every day - he said it felt like he had fallen into a well and couldn't climb out no matter what.
"Am I still saved?" he asked me.
I didn't give him any motivational talk, I directly asked: "Do you want to stop the cycle of blindly rushing and buying, and losing more and more?"
Then I flipped through his transaction records. I was stunned - isn't this just me three years ago?
Hurrying to recover losses only leads to more chaos, and the more chaotic it gets, the more you lose. Jumping into the same pit time and again.
I told him: stop thinking about doubling your returns, and first slow down the pace. Reduce your position size, set stop-loss for each trade, and stick to it strictly.
He did as instructed.
The next day, the account slowly started to rise. It wasn't the kind of explosive surge that was thrilling; it was gradual, steady enough that he himself wasn't quite used to it.
On the seventh day, he messaged me: "For the first time, I realized that making money doesn't have to rely on gambling."
He said he cried. When I saw the message, my nose also felt sour.
I told him: It's a good thing to earn back, but what's more important is that you are finally no longer running around like a headless fly.
Later I had him withdraw part of the profits. Don't be greedy, don't go all in. This market can change at any time, and no one can say for sure.
What I want to say is——
No one can make you rich overnight; that's all just a trick.
But if you are now like him, facing liquidation, feeling lost, and stressed to the point of not being able to sleep, I want you to know: you are not alone in this.
First, stabilize your mindset and slow down the pace. This is more effective than any "god operation."
If you are feeling suffocated by the market right now, feel free to chat with me. I can't guarantee that you'll turn things around immediately, but at least I can help you analyze the issues and share some experiences I've gathered after stumbling and shedding tears—don't make the same mistakes I did back in the day, repeating the same errors over and over.

To be honest, when I see stories like this, I think of my own days back then, and I can really resonate with it. When it was at 2000U, my mindset was the easiest to collapse because there was still hope to turn it around, which is why I became even crazier. It's already lucky that this guy can wake up; many people simply can't stop.

Really, the stop loss advice is very accurate. I previously fell into one pit after another because I couldn't bear to cut loss.

Really, the most annoying thing about these posts is the last line "Let's chat". Why do they always want to be someone else's savior?
