Don't remind me again today

Recently noticed the token issuance method of zama, which appears more aggressive compared to infinex. Infinex at least set a FDV cap, although the pricing is relatively high, it at least provided the market with a reference anchor.

On this side, zama directly plays unlimited Dutch auctions, and has even created a so-called "privacy bidding" mechanism—where you can't see other participants' bids at all. This design forces everyone to bid higher, fearing they might miss out on their share. And the result? The profit margin in the secondary market has basically been preemptively exhausted, leaving community users with the heaviest chips.

I have to say, this issuance method is indeed friendly to the project party, but whether retail investors can make money is another story.

The privacy bidding tactic is really brilliant, it forces you to blindly raise the price, and in the end, it's still us retail investors who catch a falling knife. The project party is making a fortune, the Secondary Market has been drained dry, it's frustrating.

Another play people for suckers trick, the privacy bidding is just to make everyone drive the prices up to the limit. At least infinex has a ceiling, but zama is directly opening up to bleed us dry.

The privacy bidding tactic is really brilliant; I’ve been played for a sucker anyway. Who knows how others are bidding? It seems that Zama's method is just to suck all the profits into their own pockets. Retail investors going in are no different from a casino. With no limit on FDV, I just have to laugh; this is just to get everyone to raise prices against each other. It feels like this issuance method never considered the community could make money. How can they not see the bids? Isn’t this just tricking people into offering high prices? It seems the project party came prepared, while retail investors are still dreaming. Unlimited auctions combined with privacy bidding, this combo is really something else. The Secondary Market has been completely drained; those coming later are destined to catch a falling knife. Although Infinex is expensive, at least it's transparent. Zama is really just playing with fire.

The privacy bidding tactic is really remarkable; no one knows how much others are bidding, and you can only blindly pile on. Isn't this just a disguised way to Be Played for Suckers? That's why I am increasingly cautious about new token issuance; the project party is making a fortune, and the retail investor's role as a dumb buyer cannot escape. Zama's operation this time is indeed a bit harsh, with no upper limit + invisible quotes, it somewhat feels like bullying small retail investors with unequal information. It seems that under this model, those who enter the market later are basically just stepping stones for early institutions and Large Investors. Infinex at least has an upper limit to cushion it; you can at least anticipate the risks. Zama, on the other hand, is truly full of "surprises."

The privacy bidding tactic is really something, it just forces you to blindly raise the price, who the hell knows how much others are bidding, it's a typical case of information asymmetry to play people for suckers.

It's the same old trick again, the privacy bidding is just to get us to roll each other, in the end, the dumb buyer is still the retail investor. --- Zama's approach is truly extraordinary, no limit + can't see others' bids, a perfect design to play people for suckers. --- To put it bluntly, the project party is making a killing, and the rest are just suckers hurting each other. --- Infinex at least has an FDV reference, what does zama have? Nothing and directly slaughtering us. --- This privacy bidding mechanism is really outrageous; it’s all psychological warfare, who isn’t being PUA'd? --- The lack of profit space on the secondary market is painful; the primary market has eaten everything, how are we supposed to play? --- Another project that stops at nothing to raise its valuation; next time, let's participate more cautiously.
