🔸 Every time he proves the accusations wrong, the NYT shifts to a new accusation and continues the story.

🔸 He believes that the NYT's final article is just "bland food" because it consists entirely of unrelated disjointed details to the headline.

🔸 David said the NYT did not adjust the story even though he proved he had no conflict of interest.

🔸 Because he saw this process as unfair, he hired the law firm Clare Locke, which specializes in defamation, to work with NYT.
