Recently, there has been a major move in the encryption circle. The SPAC company Yorkville Acquisition is set to merge with Trump Media (that TMTG) and Crypto.com to create something quite new—a company dedicated to hoarding CRO Tokens in a digital asset vault.

The gameplay of this new company is as follows: the main business is to accumulate and stake the native token CRO of the Cronos blockchain. The Cronos chain was originally developed by Crypto.com itself, and now it can be considered that the ecological loop has been pushed forward another step.

In terms of personnel arrangements, they have brought in two veterans: Steve Gutterman, former CEO of Gryphon Digital Mining, and Sim Salzman as CFO. Both of them have experience in the mining field and should have relatively rich experience.

To be honest, the combination of SPAC and traditional media companies entering the digital asset management space is indeed quite rare. Whether this asset vault model can succeed will depend on subsequent operations and market reactions. In any case, CRO holders can keep an eye on it, as it may bring some new ecological gameplay.
