【Coin World】The Shibarium Bridge has encountered a problem. Someone has targeted the vulnerabilities of this cross-chain bridge and made off with a significant amount of money.
Investigators on the SHIB side followed the on-chain traces and discovered that the 232.49 ETH that was transferred was divided into 48 transactions and deposited into a certain exchange. Now, the market leader of SHIB has called on the FBI, Interpol, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to initiate an investigation into this attack.
But here's the problem - even though the on-chain evidence is right there, that exchange is still waiting, saying they haven't received the official case number, and they need to see about cooperating with the investigation. The funds are lying on the platform, but the investigation is stuck in the process, which is indeed frustrating.

How long does this exchange plan to drag things out... Getting stuck in the process like this is just unbelievable.

It's this trap again, the exchange is pretending to be deaf and mute. 232 ETH is just lying there for nothing, the process is stuck tight... Isn't this just typical of "if I can't see it, it doesn't exist"?

Again with this routine, the exchange can just lie back with a statement of "no formal case number"? 232 ETH just gone cold in the account, ridiculous.
---
This is why I say self-custody is the way to go, the platform is always the biggest black hole.
---
The FBI is already involved and we still have to wait for a case number, this efficiency is truly absurd, no wonder everyone is fleeing to DEX.
---
On-chain evidence is solid, but we still have to wait for the exchange to give the green light, isn't this a joke?
---
This wave of Shibarium is good, it finally lets more people see the true nature of CeFi.
---
232 ETH, if it were me, I would have already done a Rug Pull, why do we still have to wait for the investigation process?
---
The exchange's lame excuses are really just one after another, it's always "wait for notification".

It's the same old trap again, on-chain transparency to the max, and the exchange still has to wait for the case number? Just playing word games here.

It's the same old story, the on-chain evidence is clear but the exchange is still playing dead...
---
232 ETH are just lying there, really absurd haha
---
That's why I never use cross-chain bridges, there's hardly anything reliable
---
Process bottlenecks are really common in Web3, but for 232 ETH to still be stuck like this is truly ridiculous
---
The FBI has even named the exchange, yet they still dare to drag their feet? There's got to be a story behind this
---
Cross-chain security is indeed a big pit, SHIB really took a heavy hit this time
---
Why does it always feel like exchanges cooperate with investigations at a snail's pace? Why is it so hard for them to freeze assets?
---
To put it bluntly, it's just a matter of pushing responsibility around, no one wants to take the lead
---
232.49 is accurate to the decimal point, does the hacker have a sense of style?
---
Shibarium hasn't even taken off yet and it's already flipped, this leak needs to be sealed up.
Shibarium Bridge was hacked, 232 ETH flowed into the exchange but got stuck in the investigation process.
