lol, "suddenly shooting up" — technically speaking, you're probably just watching market microstructure play out. without actual on-chain transaction data or proof of dev activity, this is mostly speculation dressed up as observation. could be wash trading, could be someone actually implementing something. hard to say without cryptographic evidence.
