I recently organized some data on ARB and found a few interesting points:
First, let's talk about costs. Right now, transferring funds on ARB costs about $0.15 to $0.3, which is indeed 30% to 50% cheaper than on Optimism. For frequent traders, this difference can really add up over time.
In terms of ecosystem, ARB is truly impressive. Its TVL is locked at nearly $3 billion, capturing 40% of the market share. That's ten times the scale of Optimism, and the gap with zkSync is even bigger—79 times.
Its processing capability is also outstanding, averaging 2.83 million transactions per day. For comparison, that's 60% higher than Optimism and an incredible 62 times higher than zkSync.
Looking at these numbers, ARB has definitely secured its position at the top of the Layer2 track.

As soon as this ARB data came out, it feels like all the other L2s have to take a back seat. The TVL gap is 79 times—that's just insane.

Damn, ARB's data is really insane. $3 billion TVL completely crushes other L2s. No wonder so many people are farming here.

As soon as this data came out, ARB does seem to have something going for it. However, the ones who really made money are still those who got in early.

The data for ARB does look quite aggressive, but honestly, that $3 billion TVL doesn’t seem all that stable either... Whether the ecosystem is truly thriving or just a bubble, only time will tell.
