Spotted an interesting airdrop mechanism lately - some projects are doing this task-based allocation model now.
Basically how it works: • Knock out their campaign tasks • Stack up points along the way • Points convert to token allocation
Pretty straightforward stuff. Of course, usual rules apply - do your own homework and never throw in more than you're cool with losing. The space moves fast, so staying sharp matters.

Yeah, this kind of task-based airdrop model is definitely becoming more common, but to be honest, the risks are still quite high.

Same old trick: do tasks to earn points and exchange them for worthless tokens. They really never get tired of cutting retail investors, huh?

Same old trick again, doing tasks to earn points and exchange for tokens? I've seen this too many times; in the end, it's always the same method to fleece retail investors.
But honestly, this mechanism is a bit more transparent than direct airdrops; at least you can see what the project owners are doing.
The real question is, will these project teams actually keep their promises? Heh, I have my doubts.
The biggest problem with the points system is the risk of changing the rules on the fly. By the time you want to cry, it'll be too late.
If people are aping in, I'd like to see the data. The technicals will tell the real story.

Same old trick again—do tasks to earn points and exchange them for tokens... Is it reliable this time?

It's the same old task mining trick again. Feels like every project is just copying each other's homework.

I've heard a lot about task-based airdrops, but I'm just afraid it's another scheme within a scheme.
