Don't remind me again today

The whole funded account and prop firm thing? Feels like a trap designed to lure retail traders.

They dangle big numbers in front of you, but here's the catch: that capital was never really yours to begin with.

Think about it—if someone's skilled enough to consistently pass their evaluations and hit profit targets, why not just trade their own capital? The math doesn't add up.

These programs prey on the dream of easy money, but the house always wins in the end.

Absolutely right, this whole thing is just a harvesting machine disguised as an "opportunity."

To be honest, this fund account setup is just a dumb trap—I saw through it a long time ago. People who really know how to trade don’t need any custodianship at all; they just use their own money directly. These projects rely on the “easy money dream” to scam retail investors, and in the end, only the big players make a killing.

Honestly, I’ve seen this trick way too many times. At first, they give you a few million in virtual funds, but every time you’re about to make real money, they set up some barrier for you—a perfect harvesting mechanism. I just want to ask: those traders who are truly consistently profitable, why would they waste their time working for the house? All the contrarian indicators point to this being a trap, yet so many people still jump in. What’s most outrageous is that every cent you earn has to be split with the platform according to their rules, but losses? Those are all on you. The rules of this game are written brilliantly, aren’t they? I used to be tempted by these kinds of projects too, but looking back, it was all an illusion. Only after getting wiped out did I realize: there are no shortcuts, only the making of another crop of suckers. Easy money? Man, that name alone is a red flag. As soon as you see it, turn around and walk away.

Sounds just like those "making 100,000 a month" friends I know, who all ended up losing everything in the end. The people who really make money are quietly getting rich; they don't need to rely on these false promises to scam others.

To put it bluntly, it's just a trick to fleece newcomers. If it were really profitable, they would have kept it to themselves long ago—why would they let you or me in on it?
