The EU Commission recently made an important decision: Russia has been included in the list of high-risk countries due to insufficient measures against money laundering and terrorist financing. This assessment was made after identifying strategic gaps in the country's current regulatory framework.

Russia has been placed on the high-risk list. Does this mean the anti-money laundering defenses have been upgraded again?

Russia has been placed on the high-risk list. How much impact will this have on the crypto community... Need to keep a close watch.

Russia has been blacklisted? That move is pretty harsh, but to be fair, the whole AML system is indeed full of loopholes.

Russia has been listed as a high-risk country, and now anti-money laundering regulations are even tighter.
Anyway, this sanction system has long lost its credibility...
Will the AB's decision change anything? Illicit funds will still flow as usual.
By the way, does this have anything to do with on-chain privacy...
It's the same old set of regulatory measures, can't keep up with the pace.
