Recently, I noticed a phenomenon—a certain DeFi protocol’s vault TVL has more than doubled in less than a week.
I haven’t really traded myself yet; I just put funds into the vault and perpetual accounts. When I checked the leaderboard, I was actually ranked 277th. It seems that at this stage, just holding without moving can get you a pretty good position.
But a word of caution: Vault products themselves carry the risk of principal loss, so make sure to do your homework before participating.

tvl doubling in a week? nah that's the protocol's death knell masked as growth... classic ponzi arithmetic disguised as yield optimization tbh

277 people? My buddy made the leaderboard just by earning passively—this cycle is truly insane.

Just by holding without doing anything, I can rank 277th. This market is really unbelievable.

277 people, and the number hasn't changed. I need to ask how you got in—are you really just holding?

fundamentally speaking, the vault tvl explosion you're describing is exactly what i tell my students happens during these market cycles—capital rotation without fundamental understanding. 277th rank just sitting there? that's the red flag honestly, not the flex.
