Wow @DHLUS : lost a $17,000 robot in the post! Charged me $2,000 in import taxes and then just lost a 40KG machine and failed to deliver. Also their CCTV was purged 🧐 which tells me it was likely stolen by an employee.

From DHL EXPRESS US: “I hope that this email finds you well. I am following up with you about the above waybill number. I apologize for the late follow-up.  We have requested photos as our station stated, regret that CCTV storage has been purged.”
