The transparent nature of blockchain brings auditability, but it also exposes users’ asset movements and trading strategies. @ConfidentialLyr is attempting to solve this problem through a new technical architecture, providing a trusted privacy channel for mainstream public chains without changing the native form of assets.
Confidential Layer is essentially a cross-chain protocol focused on privacy protection. It adopts a bridgeless architecture design, implementing privacy bridging functionality at the L0 level. Unlike general cross-chain solutions, this project is specifically optimized for privacy protection needs.
Unlike traditional cross-chain bridges, it does not rely on liquidity pools, intermediary wrapped tokens, or trusted relays. Instead, it achieves seamless asset movement between public chains and private environments through the following methods:
1⃣ Supports mainstream public chain assets entering the privacy network while maintaining their native form
2⃣ Private routing transmission, combining zero-knowledge proofs and partial homomorphic encryption technologies to hide transaction amounts, sender addresses, receiver addresses, and the entire route
3⃣ Target-side unwrapping in original form; after assets enter the privacy network, they can be restored directly to their native form without secondary conversion
At the same time, @ConfidentialLyr has entered the practical application stage. In terms of ecosystem governance:
🔹 $CLONE tokens serve multiple functions, including governance and transaction fee payments
🔹 incentivizes nodes to maintain network security through a staking mechanism
🔹 community governance rights
Overall, @ConfidentialLyr is not just a technical tool, but also aims to promote a fairer on-chain environment, reduce MEV front-running, protect asymmetric information in prediction markets, and lower the risk of large transactions being sniped.
