A person's true growth comes from spending a significant amount of time identifying the most critical problem, and then spending a significant amount of time solving that key problem. This applies equally to personal development and business development.
The word "significant" is not easy to live up to. Whether our claims of having no time, being unable to control things, etc., are actual facts or just perfect excuses for avoidance—only we ourselves know. The uphill path is always hard, but finding joy in overcoming it is actually quite interesting. 🤪
