Its trade execution leverages the efficiency advantages of centralized systems, while fund custody and transaction records are handled on-chain via Kraken’s Ink L2 chain. The platform uses Merkle rollup technology to batch-verify transaction results, aiming to improve auditability.

At the same time, @rails_xyz has launched the Rails Play feature, providing $100,000 in virtual funds that simulate real market depth, slippage, and fees, supporting up to 5x leverage. Profits earned in simulated trading can be converted into Rails Points, which can be used to offset fees or participate in future activities. This offers users who want to familiarize themselves with the platform's mechanisms a relatively low-risk practice environment.

@rails_xyz has also made compliance preparations, supporting necessary KYC/AML processes while striving to maintain operational convenience for retail users, aiming to serve both institutions and regular traders.
