According to the terms of the agreement, ETHZilla will acquire a 15% fully diluted equity stake in Zippy for $5 million in cash and $14 million in common stock (paid to Zippy and subject to certain cash compensation terms), while issuing $2.1 million worth of common stock to some individual shareholders of Zippy. Zippy is the first company to introduce modern digital infrastructure and AI-driven systems into the manufactured home loan sector. The company operates a platform that initiates secured loans backed by manufactured homes for institutional-scale investors, featuring real-time data integrity and transparent investor reporting capabilities.
