AI is hitting a wall with today’s token standards. NFTs can prove uniqueness, ERC-20s can move liquidity, but neither can represent the kind of modular, traceable, evolving assets AI actually produces.

That’s why DAT exists.
The Data Anchoring Token is a semi-fungible standard built specifically for AI data, models, and outputs.

Instead of treating data as a static file, a DAT records its full lifecycle on-chain—provenance, access rights, contributions, and usage. It turns abstract data value into a tradeable, programmable asset.

Compared to ERC-20s, a DAT carries identity. Compared to NFTs, it can encode usage quotas, revenue splits, and flexible ownership. And because it’s semi-fungible, it can behave as a batch when needed and become unique when the underlying asset evolves.

In short, @LazAINetwork DATs give AI the asset layer it’s been missing. The future of agent economies will be built on standards that understand the data they’re securing.
