#以太坊行情技术解读 Last winter, a beginner added me on social media, with a cartoon panda as their profile picture.

"I only have 600U, can I still use this money?"
I told him, "As long as you don't mess around, 600U can also grow into 6,000U."
He was skeptical but his eyes revealed a longing.

Back then, he was afraid of everything. His finger trembled on the screen when placing orders, and he wouldn’t dare to press confirm after watching the K-line for half an hour, fearing that entering the market would mean losses. I told him, "We’re not risking everything in a gamble; we’re just trying to stay alive."

He made his first trade on the very first day. Bitcoin fluctuated 3% that day, and he earned 18U. I said, "This 18U isn’t just money; it’s confidence."

In the second week, his account reached 900U.
In one month, it broke 6,000U.
After three months, the balance was exactly 20,000U, with zero liquidation throughout.

Many people say he was lucky. Actually, no. He relied on three ironclad rules that he stuck to with grit.

**Rule 1: Divide your principal into three, don’t gamble it all**

Split 600U into three parts. Use 200U for intraday short-term trades, riding the waves of Bitcoin and Ethereum. Another 200U waits for swing opportunities—no greed, holding for three to five days is enough. The remaining 200U, don’t touch it no matter what—that’s your life-saving fund, your confidence to restart if needed.

Many accounts blow up because traders use all their bullets at once. When the market moves against them, it’s game over.

**Rule 2: Follow the trend, don’t chase the market**

If the trend is unclear, wait. When signals appear, jump in. Take profits at 12%, then cut half to lock in gains. He later said, "I used to stare at the screen all day and get exhausted; now the market comes to me."

This is the difference. Most people are slaves to the market; true traders are observers of the market.

**Rule 3: Stop-loss and take-profit are essential**

Set a stop-loss at no more than 2%. When it’s time to exit, do so—there’s nothing shameful about it. When profits exceed 4%, cut half of your position. It might seem insignificant, but executing this can eliminate 80% of losses.

Over three months, I watched him change—from initial panic to calmness, from a gambler’s frenzy to a hunter’s composure.

I asked him, "What are you most afraid of now?"

He said, "Afraid that one day I’ll get careless and forget these rules."

I smiled. People who can say that have already won half the battle. Because they know who their enemies are—greed, fear, and human weaknesses.

Now his account has steadily surpassed 20,000U. Sometimes I scroll through my social circle and see comments like, "Listening to you back then, I earned a chance to survive."

There’s a truth in the crypto world: a small principal is not scary; reckless mindsets are deadly. Real experts aren’t those who make endless profits every day, but those who can stay steady amid volatility and resist temptation.

These three rules seem simple, but executing them is a challenge—two words: difficult. Yet, that’s where the difficulty lies, because most people can’t do it. If you can, you’ve already won.
