The Rhythm Difference Between Sol and BSC

Recently, many teachers have sent me private messages saying that they used to be very comfortable playing Sol, but after playing BSC for a long time, they find it completely difficult to return to Sol. Since I play both chains, I have daily gains from scanning the chains, so I want to share my understanding here.

1. Playing BSC: Don’t overthink, “idiotic perspectives” can also skyrocket

The core of BSC can be summarized in one sentence: simple, direct, fast-paced.

For example: Today, the Spring Festival Gala theme was announced as “Galloping Steeds, Unstoppable Momentum,” you can directly compare it to the previously hyped “Spring Gala Logo — Horse Treading Flying Swallow” (peaked at 180k). If the market sentiment isn’t much different, the new theme may also reach similar heights. To be conservative, around 180k is a good point to liquidate or exit most positions.

The reason is simple: in the Spring Gala universe, the strongest is the mascot; everything else is peripheral, and you can just compare accordingly. For new narratives you haven't played before, think bigger, but for perspectives you've seen, just follow the comparison.

When converting a Sol rookie to BSC, remember one important thing:

Never buy just because you think this perspective is too stupid!!!

BSC has many seemingly outrageous directions, and that’s often how it skyrockets. When you see such coins, ask yourself: “Has there been a similar silly perspective that shot up before?” If yes, don’t hesitate. Being lofty and detached won’t help you make money.

2. Playing Sol: Aesthetic must be improved, narratives should be “able to tell, able to continue”

Sol’s rhythm is completely opposite: the more obvious the perspective, the lower the ceiling.

To reach high market cap, you need: sustained narratives, future expectations, and room for the community to keep storytelling. Coins without expectations, in Sol, usually just run for a while and then start to decline.

Another important difference to understand:
Most big players in Sol are “not short of money.” Many made their fortune from Sol; with high income and a more laid-back approach now, they rarely scan the internal market.

So when you get a Sol coin with a narrative and expectations: don’t be easily shaken out if you believe in it. Be patient and wait for the opportunity. It’s normal for insiders not to scan the internal market for a long time because big players only scan the external market.

What if it still doesn’t rise in the end?

Simple, do a review. Think clearly whether you’ve misaligned your comparison or if there’s FUD in the narrative.

Admit mistakes, accept them, and keep optimizing. The experience you gain from each review is more valuable than any short-term profit.

Finally, a summary:

BSC relies on “fast, accurate, daring,” Sol relies on “stability, patience, long-term vision.”

Different chains, different playstyles. True masters are not limited to one rhythm, but can switch thinking based on emotions and narratives.

Once you master both chains’ logic, you’ll find: the market won’t become simpler, but you’ll be faster, more accurate, and more ruthless! Real opportunities only come to those who can switch rhythms!
