President Lukashenko signed an order prohibiting individuals from trading crypto assets on overseas exchanges or through brokers; all transactions must be conducted on domestically regulated platforms. The new regulations mainly target residents of High-Tech Parks (HTP), including ordinary individuals and entrepreneurs; currently, licensed exchanges in Belarus are limited to companies established within the HTP.
