The key is not to guess the top or bottom—that's the death of retail traders.

Finding key levels is more important than anything. Structural levels (obvious previous highs and lows), Fibonacci retracements (0.382, 0.5, 0.618), dense order book zones, psychological round numbers (like $60,000)—these are the places to ambush.

On smaller timeframes, you should focus on specific buy and sell points. My standards are: at least two technical indicators signal simultaneously, support levels show reversal candles, and volume increases with price. All three conditions must be met before pulling the trigger.

**2. Eight Iron Laws to Survive**

Risk control is the lifeline—no compromises.

Asset selection: only trade BTC and ETH; avoid FOMO on small coins. Position management: limit single-loss trades to 2%-3% of total funds, so even 10 consecutive losses won’t wipe you out. Stop-losses must be set in advance, not adjusted after the fact. Take-profit ratio should be at least 3:1; meaning, only risk 1 when expecting a 3 profit.

Timing is crucial—avoid trading in low-liquidity periods. Always have Plan A and Plan B, don’t rely on a single strategy. Review your trades daily, record gains and losses. Most importantly: after two consecutive losses, force yourself to take a break—this is when mistakes are most likely.

**3. Three Principles That Decide Life or Death**

Never chase the market or sell on panic. A sudden 8% surge is celebration for others, not for you. Be patient and wait for pullbacks; opportunities favor disciplined traders.

Entry points determine success or failure. Better to miss out than to gamble at ambiguous levels. This is the hardest to do but also the easiest way to make money.

Mindset is the last fortress. When profits reach 30%, consider taking profits. After major losses, exit immediately and cool down—don’t try to win it all back in one shot—that’s gambling logic.
