Recently, I observed an interesting phenomenon on the BSC chain. A new token's liquidity pool broke through 500k, which is quite impressive given that there is almost no institutional attention and limited participation from overseas funds.

From on-chain data, new wallets are continuously releasing chips, but the market's absorption capacity is still good, able to handle this level of selling pressure. What does this indicate? The liquidity reserves in the BSC ecosystem are still there, and market participants remain enthusiastic.

The problem is that many people now overlook holding costs and risks, instead rushing in at the slightest movement. New tokens, new hotspots—people jump on the bandwagon without doing their homework. This kind of mindless operation is especially common in this round of the market. From a certain perspective, it also reflects the extreme euphoria of market sentiment— as long as there is liquidity and trading volume, funds keep pouring in.

500k liquidity isn't a big deal; the key is that retail investors are the ones bottom-fishing, and institutions have already run away.

It looks like another round of mindless money throwing, and the BSC ecosystem still has some heat.

I'm just saying, this 500k liquidity, to put it plainly, is just a bunch of retail investors, and the lack of institutional involvement actually means nothing; it's all just retail hype. Just watching the movements every day, but this habit won't survive until the next bull market, rekt is the fate. I've seen countless cases of mindless money throwing; every time I say next time I'll do my homework, but I end up the same way. Truly exhausting. In the BSC ecosystem, as long as there's liquidity, people will rush in; retail investors will never be extinct. Looking at the holding cost? Bro, are you joking? Who cares about that now? As long as it can go up. This kind of market is the easiest to get cut, I advise you to stay calm, but unfortunately no one listens. Here we go again, new coins, new hot spots, every time repeating the same show.

500k liquidity is not a big deal; the key is whether subsequent funds can continue to flow in. Otherwise, it's just a false fire. There are indeed many people rushing blindly, but it's also because of this that there's a chance to catch a bargain. The only thing to fear is that you might react too slowly. It seems that in this round of the market, the biggest IQ tax was paid by this group of people, really. Funds on BSC are still quite active; it all depends on who can bottom fish. But to be honest, those who jumped in without doing their homework now probably have an 80% chance of losing.

Mindless trading definitely happens a lot, but the hype around BSC this time is also real. The desire to make quick money is too strong.

Seeing yet another mindless buy-in, I'm really worried that one day it will turn into a mess of feathers everywhere.
